Our brand newly built Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Peoria, Illinois is currently looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Learn and maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and financing options
• Utilize CRM tools and follow dealership sales processes
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
