Complex Project Manager Transmission (TNST)

Key Responsibilities
Lead complex transmission projects involving substations, transmission lines, grid reliability, outage coordination, and asset modernization.
Manage the complete project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Collaborate with transmission engineering, planning, field operations, protection & controls, compliance, and IT teams.
Support initiatives related to transmission asset management, facility ratings, outage planning, inspection programmes, and system data quality.
Drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders to deliver projects that improve reliability, safety, compliance, and operational performance.
Oversee vendor management, resource planning, project governance, change control, and executive-level reporting.
Required Skills
Strong experience managing complex transmission or utility infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience working with electric utility or transmission projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Transmission engineering or planning experience.
Knowledge of protection & controls, outage planning, asset management, or utility compliance.
Experience with grid modernization or transmission asset improvement initiatives.
