Collaboration and Documentation:Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues, maintain accurate ticketing records, and document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting step
Cisco Phone SetupConfigure and deploy Cisco IP desk phones. Add and update user extensions in the phone system. Test voice lines and fix call quality issues. Patch network cables and check port settings.
Shipping TasksPack broken or extra hardware safely. Create labels and process packages using UPS. Track outgoing and incoming shipments. Keep a log of all shipped inventory.
