Entry-Level Recruitment Office Assistant

Our Company is hiring a dependable Entry-Level Recruitment Office Assistant to support daily administrative and recruiting operations. Great for students, recent grads, or anyone looking to gain office experience in a professional recruiting environment — Business, HR, and Computer Science majors especially encouraged to apply.
● Respond promptly to candidate and client emails and inquiries
● Answer and route incoming calls professionally
● Assist scheduling interviews and updating candidate records
● Handle general clerical duties: filing, data entry, document prep
● Prepare recruitment and onboarding paperwork
● Maintain accurate records and assist with database updates
● Support the team with additional admin tasks as needed
● Prior admin, office support, customer service, or receptionist experience
● Familiarity with ATS, Microsoft Office, or CRM software
● Data entry and general office procedure experience
● Strong overall computer proficiency
● Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems
● Excellent verbal/written communication and phone manner
● Customer-service mindset
● Detail-oriented and organized
● Reliable, punctual, positive work ethic
● Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
● Adaptable in a fast-paced recruiting environment
