Job Description

IGL4US is seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff to support the successful execution of events throughout New York.

In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team to assist with event preparation, guest support, on-site coordination, and general event operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, working with people, and being part of a team where every contribution matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, preparation, and breakdown.
• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly assistance.
• Help coordinate event activities and maintain organized event spaces.
• Provide directions and general information to attendees when needed.
• Support team members and event coordinators throughout each event.
• Monitor assigned areas to help maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Assist with guest check-in, registration, seating, or crowd flow when required.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
• Help ensure event standards and company procedures are followed.
• Adapt to changing event needs and complete additional duties as assigned.
