Electrical Specialists is a family-run residential electrical company in Topeka, and we're looking for an Office Manager who can be the heartbeat of our team. What You'll Get

• $55,000 to $75,000 a year and up, depending on experience & production

What You'll Be Doing

You're the heartbeat of the office. Everything behind the scenes runs through you.

• Owning the schedule and dispatch so our electricians get where they need to be
• Keeping customer communication tight, from first call to final invoice
• Managing paperwork, billing, and collections
• Tracking KPIs and flagging what's off before it becomes a problem
• Holding the team accountable to the process
• Supporting the field crew so no job falls through the cracks
• Helping shape how we grow (your input carries weight here)

Who We're Looking For

You're organized. You stay calm when the phones light up. You're direct but kind, and you'd rather solve the problem than talk about it. You take initiative, and you hold people (including yourself) accountable.

Beyond that:

• Experience running an office or coordinating a team, ideally in a service-based business (home services is a big plus)
• Comfortable with scheduling, billing, and office software, and quick to learn new tools
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Able to pass a background check
