Our locally owned private - pay senior home care agency is looking for a Part -Time office assistant to help support our office operations and provide outstanding service to our clients and caregivers. If you are organized , professional, and thrive in a fast pace environment, we would love to meet you ! Responsibilities ; Assist with Caregiver Scheduling and On-Call support , answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service. Perform administrative and clerical duties such as recruiting and interviewing. Assist with marketing, community outreach and social media. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support office staff with daily operations and special projects. Having a understanding of Elder Care or a Background in Caring for others is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy . Professional communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
