Role Summary

TESIM Electric is seeking a Project Administrator to support project managers and field leaders with accurate records, communication, and administrative follow-through. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.

What You’ll Do
• Set up project folders, forms, contact lists, and recurring reports.
• Process routine project paperwork, meeting minutes, receipts, and document logs.
• Track due dates and follow up on open administrative items.
• Help assemble turnover packages, manuals, warranties, and closeout files.

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in an office, school, customer service, or administrative setting.
• Comfort organizing digital files and working with Word, Excel, and email.
• Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and clear communication.
