Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and personable Public Relations Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL.

In this role, you will support public relations and communication initiatives, assist with coordinating campaigns and events, maintain professional relationships with clients and partners, and help ensure that company communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, working with people, and contributing ideas in a collaborative professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating public relations initiatives and communication campaigns.
• Support the development of company messaging, presentations, promotional materials, and communications.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, events, outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist with internal and external communications.
• Help ensure brand messaging remains professional, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
• Monitor ongoing projects and assist with schedules, deadlines, and campaign priorities.
• Collaborate with different departments to support company objectives.
• Represent Catch Vibe Voice professionally during meetings, events, and business interactions.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for public relations projects.
